I support individuals living with type 2 diabetes to better understand how nutrition and lifestyle impact their health.

Together, we focus on practical changes that can support improved blood sugar control, reduce risk factors and build confidence in managing day-to-day health. This includes working alongside existing care plans and, where appropriate, alongside GPs and health providers.

Pre-Diabetes & Insulin Resistance

For those at risk of developing diabetes, early support can make a significant difference. I work with individuals to improve insulin sensitivity through realistic, sustainable changes in nutrition, movement and daily habits.

The focus is on long-term prevention, supporting people to take control of their health before conditions progress.

Weight Management & Lifestyle Change

Weight management is approached through a metabolic health lens, not quick fixes. I support individuals to make practical, sustainable changes that fit into real life, with a focus on improving overall health, energy and wellbeing.

This is about building habits that last, not short-term restriction.

Kidney Health Support

Nutrition plays an important role in supporting kidney health. I work with individuals to make informed, practical changes that align with their health needs and existing medical support.

This includes working alongside healthcare providers where required to ensure a safe and supportive approach.

Pre & Post Bariatric Surgery Support

Nutrition and lifestyle support before and after bariatric surgery is essential for long-term success. I provide guidance to help individuals prepare for surgery, adjust to changes post-surgery and build sustainable habits that support ongoing metabolic health.

Long-Term Metabolic Health Restoration

For many people, improving metabolic health is not about one condition - it’s about long-term change.  I support individuals and whānau to make consistent, practical changes across nutrition, movement and lifestyle that contribute to better health over time.
